Description
We are actively searching for a Billings Manager to join our team on a contract basis, located in BUCKNER, Kentucky. This role is central to our financial operations, requiring a keen understanding of accounting software systems and CRM. This is a contract employment opportunity that offers the chance to oversee and streamline billing functions, maintain accounts receivable records, and manage client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the entire billing process, including project and progress billing
• Utilize accounting software systems and ERP systems for maintaining accurate financial records
• Resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Utilize Sage Intacct and AIA Billing to perform various accounting functions
• Regularly review and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary
Requirements
• Proven experience in billings management
• Proficiency in Billing Functions, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrable experience in Project Billing, ensuring timely and accurate billing of projects
• Familiarity with Progress Billing, able to manage and optimize the process
• Proficiency in using Sage Intacct software for financial management
• Experience with AIA Billing, ensuring compliance with industry standards
