DIVERSE WOODWORKING Customer Service Representative in GEORGETOWN, Indiana
We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in printed chain products, looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative!
Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week). Compensation: Starting at $14/hour. Location: 505 Maplewood Blvd, Georgetown, IN 47122 (must have reliable transportation).
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
- Manage and maintain the company's Amazon account (experience required)
- Support Shopify-related tasks as needed (knowledge of Shopify is a plus).
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Amazon (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Shopify (preferred but not required).
