Job Title: Maintenance Project Lead

Job Description

Our team supports daily operations processes and SAP system issues for North America with a goal of standardizing system process and operation to best support daily manufacturing operations. This role will lead projects related to the STAMPS/CDTS system team, helping to deploy, test, and maintain system hardware and software in support of Stamping production. As a member of this team, you will bring manufacturing, maintenance, and project management skills to use in support of these projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to the STAMPS/CDTS system team.

  • Deploy, test, and maintain system hardware and software in support of Stamping production.

  • Manage inventory from procurement of materials, control of inventory, issuing of inventory, and payment for Indirect Parts and Direct Raw Materials.

  • Support daily operations processes and resolve SAP system issues.

  • Standardize system processes to best support daily manufacturing operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with project management or maintenance management in support of a stamping or manufacturing project.

  • Experience with controls design and controls troubleshooting.

  • Experience with layout design and equipment installation.

Work Environment

An ideal candidate should have experience with controls design and controls troubleshooting, as well as experience in maintenance or robotics. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing drawings for projects, meeting with vendors to discuss specifications, and supporting equipment installation. The interview process consists of one round. We offer 10 PTO days and 9 paid holidays per calendar year. Any hours worked over 40 are compensated at time and a half. Travel arrangements are covered for contractors. Managers are flexible with schedules and work/life balance, and the positions are long-term open-ended contracts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
