Our client, a leader in engineering and research & development, is seeking a Project Manager - Engineering/R&D to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in project management.
PMI or PMP certification preferred.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Proficiency in computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
