Job Title: Automotive Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing service bodies, wiring electrical components such as LED brake lights, reverse lights, 7-pin trailer wiring harnesses, GPS systems, power inverters, and motors. Additionally, the role includes installing ladder racks, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
Install service bodies and wire electrical components (LED brake lights, reverse lights, 7-pin trailer wiring harnesses, GPS systems, power inverters, motors)
Install ladder racks, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Utilize hand tools, pneumatic and battery-operated tools, grinders, and plasma cutters
Operate cutting tools and cranes
Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Perform progressive assembly line tasks in a timely manner
Meet job completion standards within specified timeframes
Essential Skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
Experience in progressive assembly line environments
Previous experience in the truck equipment industry or similar industry
Previous experience working against timed job standards
Ability to provide own tools
Additional Skills & Qualifications
ASE certified mechanic
Experience with automotive body assembly
Mechanical fitting skills
Automotive technician experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
