We're seeking a versatile team member who enjoys trouble-shooting and machine repair in an off-shift, industrial setting. We're expanding our team and hiring!

What Youll Be Doing:

epairs and maintains buildings, machinery, and mechanical equipment, to include performing electrical functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Others as assigned.

• Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.
• Repairs and maintains equipment in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturers specifications using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments.
• Repairs and replaces defective parts. Installs special functional and structural parts.
• May set up and operate lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.
• Completes training on new and existing equipment.
• May specialize in one or more of the following areas, but would not be required to have specialized knowledge in all areas: mechanical, electrical, electronics, HVAC and hydraulics. In all cases would have general knowledge of all areas.
• Complies with all quality and ISO standards and OSHA standards

``` - Applies electrical knowledge to test electrical equipment and controls circuitry to determine causes of malfunction. - Assembles and tests motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, solenoids, and other electrical equipment and components according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principals. - Diagnose cause of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of operational equipment and performs preventative and corrective maintenance. - Must have lock out tag out training and able to train other technicians.

Schedule:

1st Shift: 5AM - 3:30PM, Monday through Thursday, Overtime as needed

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in related industrial maintenance roles that includes familiarity with:
  1. hydraulics, mechanical, electrical machine control and/or PLCs
  2. welding/metal fabrication
  3. manufacturing environment
  4. maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair industrial equipment. Must also have ability to: troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical or electronic equipment and components; read and understand electrical and machine schematics.

``` - Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently; 50 lbs occasionally - Computer skills - able to navigate various software, including manufacturing software and maintenance tracking systems. - US Person (meets ITAR/EAR requirements)

Preferred

• Two-year technical degree or vocational training in industrial maintenance
• Familiarity of NEMA standards and UL Listings practices
• Master Electrician License or similar
• Experience with welding, robotic welding or metal forming equipment including bending, cutting or roll forming.
