Job Description:
he LPN assists the staff and physician by collection of pertinent patient information needed to determine physical and psychological needs, address and identify health problems, performs selected treatments, diagnostic procedures and routine duties. The LPN functions as a member of the healthcare team with responsibilities commensurate with educational preparation, training and demonstrated competencies. Direct patient care is provided to patients of all ages.
Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:
Graduation from an accredited LPN program - current LPN license in the state of Kentucky
BCLS required
Minimum two years of direct patient care experience preferred
L.P.N., Licensed Practical Nurse
