Assemble entire automotive products or components of automotive products as part of a team; Perform all tasks in the assembly process and rotate through various roles; Review work orders and blueprints to ensure adherence to specifications; Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements; Determine work assignments and procedures; Evaluate quality of materials or products; Conduct quality checks on products and parts; Assist in the production of wiring assemblies; Maintain production equipment and machinery; Maintain cleanliness of work areas through shoveling, sweeping, or other methods; Record operational or production data; Complete production reports to communicate team performance to management; Plan production or operational procedures or sequences; Package finished products and prepare them for shipment; Participate in management decisions affecting the work.
