Job Description
Aerotek is seeking skilled Commercial Interior and Exterior Carpenters and Concrete Carpenters to join our team in Lexington, KY. The ideal candidates will have experience in carpentry work, including constructing, installing, and repairing structures made from wood, drywall, and other materials. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Construct and install formwork for concrete structures, including columns, foundations, and walls.
Perform interior and exterior carpentry work, including installing doors, windows, ceilings, and other fixtures.
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Ensure all work complies with local and national safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure structures are sound and secure.
Essential Skills
Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a focus on commercial interior and exterior work or concrete carpentry.
Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
