Position Overview:
As a Commercial Solar Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our solar sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
· Engage with commercial customers to assess their energy needs and present customized solar options.
· Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies to understand the potential impact of solar solutions.
Solution Development:
· Work alongside engineering teams to develop detailed solar proposals including design, energy production forecasts, and financial returns.
· Assist clients in navigating financing solutions and incentives available for solar projects.
Sales Management:
· Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth client experience.
· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners in the industry.
Market Insights:
· Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
· Provide input to leadership on strategies to enhance the company's market position.
Sales Performance:
Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas while ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in commercial solar or renewable energy sales. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of solar technology and energy policies.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to articulate the value proposition of solar energy to varying audiences.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
