Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries related to travel reservations and support, ensuring accurate data entry and effective communication while resolving issues promptly. There are several openings in the 2nd shift schedule with various days of the week as the schedule with hours like 2:30pm-11:00pm and 12:30pm-9:00pm. Apply today to be considered!

Responsibilities

• Manage customer reservation requests through inbound and outbound calls, addressing new bookings, modifications, and check-in support.

• Input reservation information accurately into the system to ensure data integrity and meet client expectations.

• Resolve customer and hotel-related issues by applying effective problem-solving techniques over the phone.

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal departments, ensuring clarity and resolution of issues.

• Begin tasks promptly and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client needs and interactions using proper grammar and communication standards.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address client concerns effectively.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment while navigating multiple systems and tools.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational goals.

Requirements • Strong experience in handling inbound and outbound calls within a call center environment.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage professionally with customers.

• Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality of service.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction.

• Familiarity with call center technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
