Also involves some job-related travel (less than 10% of time); exposure to risk of injury from moving, lifting, or positioning patients, equipment, or materials; and exposure to hazardous chemicals and fumes including waste, and blood-borne or airborne pathogens.ShiftTypical shifts are between hours of 7a-7p Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends and holidays possible. Shift will be discussed during interview.Job SummaryThe Pharmacy Senior Technician assists pharmacists in providing medications to patients in a retail pharmacy setting. Participates in ongoing inventory management; replenishing automated dispensing cabinets; provides customer service in retail pharmacies. This position is eligible for a recruitment bonus. Additional details will be provided during the hiring process should your application be selected to move forward.The starting pay for this position was recently adjusted. The minimum hourly rate for this position will now be $18.50/hour. All pay rates will be based on candidate’s experience.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesThis position requires dependability and the ability to prioritize. The successful candidate must be reliable and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?NoPreferred Education/ExperienceOne year of previous work experience (in a related field). Prefer previous pharmacy tech experience or work/classes in medical field. Hired candidate must maintain state licensure in good standing.
