Physical Therapist
First Shift - PRN
1 weekend (Sat/ Sun) required every 4 weeks

Job Description:
Evaluate and treat patients; develop a treatment plan; and set goals for patients. Patient and family education is included in the treatment plan and goals.
Complete documentation according to applicable national and state regulations as well as hospital and departmental policies.
Assist with the education of affiliating students, department staff, hospital staff, and the community at large.
Delegate to and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians.
Participate in departmental operational plan.
Intervene appropriately and meet the needs of the patients with impaired mental abilities, vision, hearing or mobility.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree from a school of Physical Therapy
Current License by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy
BLS within 90 days
