Job Title: Quality Assurance AdministratorJob Description
The Quality Assurance Administrator will support the quality assurance specialists by ensuring that the company's quality system standards are met and maintained. This role involves a variety of tasks, including preparing and issuing batch records, carrying out non-conformance investigations, and compiling data for the trending program.
Responsibilities
Prepare batch records and labels, and issue those batch records and raw materials to begin production.
Carry out non-conformance investigations.
Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality system standards.
Compile data to support the trending program.
File completed records including completed batch records, on-site training records, completed validations, calibration records, and completed qualification records.
Audit previous batch records.
Handle compliance documentation and reporting.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday - Friday, from either 7 AM to 3:30 PM or 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Training will follow the same schedule. Work is conducted on a laptop in an office setting. When working with raw materials, personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gowns and hair nets is required. The work environment can be loud at times and involves working in a BSL 2 Lab (Biosafety Level 2). No heavy lifting is required.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
