Archa Nine Thai Kitchen is proud to serve delicious, authentic Thai food to the Lexington community. We are seeking experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will be responsible for the following duties:•Preparing and cooking foods using Thai culinary expertise •Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop Thai recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers•Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays•Supervising and Training prep cooks in the Thai culinary arts•Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met•Checking the quantity and quality of received products•Checking stock levels and ordering supplies•Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services•Following standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices•Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safetySALARY: $35,422/yearREQUIREMENTS: 2 years of experience in Thai cooking.
