We are seeking a new graduate or current Civil Engineering student for a Summer Internship. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of civil engineering with potential for long-term growth.
Responsibilities
Assist in asphalt and aggregate testing in the lab.
Support various civil engineering tasks and projects.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure accurate and timely results.
Maintain lab equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Skills
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering
Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Interest in pursuing PE Licensure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of civil engineering
Work Environment
This is a full-time position working in an asphalt/aggregate testing lab located in Louisville, KY. The role offers great growth potential, including the possibility of leading the entire lab in the future. The work environment is supportive and focused on professional development, providing opportunities to achieve PE Licensure.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
