Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to be a part of our team in Louisville, Kentucky. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing accounts payable, ensuring compliance, and administering human resources. You will also be involved in financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and utilizing Microsoft Office Suites and Excel for various tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all accounts payable activities
• Utilize ADP for delivering financial services
• Ensure company compliance with all financial regulations
• Prepare and present regular financial reports
• Maintain and manage the general ledger
• Administer human resources operations as required
• Use Microsoft Excel and Office Suites for data management and reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements for company use Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations and management
• Expertise in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Solid understanding and experience in Compliance procedures
• Demonstrated ability in Financial Reporting
• Familiarity with Financial Statement preparation and analysis
• Proficient in General Ledger management and operations
• Prior experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites
