ManpowerGroup Customer Service Representative in Louisville, Kentucky
Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support department, providing essential assistance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, which will align successfully with the organization.

Location: Louisville, KY
Pay Range: $17.00/hr
What's the Job?
Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients, caregivers, and providers.
Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.
Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.
Resolve the callers’ needs and provide appropriate follow-up and next steps.
Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.
What's Needed?
Previous call center experience preferred.
Previous healthcare experience desired.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Able to type 35 wpm or greater.
