Responsibilities
Must be able to work evenings and on call
Managing inbound 800 line customer calls for sales, services, employment, complaints, and general problem solving
Identify from a social/physical needs aspect the situation and needs of the individual
Provide customers with product and service information; obtain customer information, and customer leads
Facilitating outbound calls to connect callers with proper Company resources and Company branches
Accountable for the successful handling of all inbound and outbound call activities and driving call leads to branch home conference and branch sale
Researching care related solutions for customers
Identify and escalate priority issues
Documenting all interactions and following up on customer needs
Complete call logs and call reports
Provide leadership/ coaching to Customer Service Center Representatives
Review Respect & Care Service Center calls for quality check and feedback
Provide detailed reporting to leadership as requested
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and etiquette via phone and email
Professional Customer Service skills with basic sales, building rapport, and problem solving experience
High energy, good memory, and able to multitask effectively
Structured organizational skills
Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
Computer skills including working in Word, Excel, and databases
Good listening skills and attention to detail
Detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple projects
Available to work varying shifts as needed

Salary Range
USD $15.00 - $18.00 / Hour
