Job Title: General Laborer
Weekly Pay || $16-$18 an hour || Louisville, KY
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team at our downtown distillery. This role involves assisting in various production processes and machine operations. The ideal candidate should possess mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Operate and assist in the maintenance of production line machinery.
Perform assembly line tasks including bottling, labelling, and quality checks.
Cover various processes and machines as needed, supporting the line lead.
Conduct production and assembly inspections.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Essential Skills
Experience in general labor and assembly line tasks.
Ability to operate machinery in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Experience in general production and machine operation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Willingness to work multiple shifts.
Effective communication skills, especially with customers.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.86 - $17.86/hr.
