Robert Half HR Generalist in Louisville, Kentucky
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to key HR functions, including talent acquisition, community engagement, and employee onboarding. Responsibilities:
• Analyze talent acquisition metrics to improve diversity initiatives and refine recruitment strategies.
• Develop and execute community outreach programs to build strong talent pipelines and relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure job descriptions and postings align with consistent employer branding standards.
• Manage HR systems and online recruitment platforms, collaborating with vendors such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Propose innovative sourcing methods to attract candidates for hard-to-fill positions.
• Provide recruitment performance metrics, including time-to-fill and open position data, to management.
• Organize and attend recruiting events at educational institutions, such as high schools, trade schools, and colleges.
• Coordinate interview schedules, offer management, and onboarding processes to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
• Update and maintain onboarding documentation and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform additional HR-related duties as required. Requirements • Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce.
• Experience with benefits administration and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of compliance regulations, including FMLA.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for recruitment strategies.
