What you´ll do
The Logistics Project Manager is a key member of the Logistics Continuous Improvement Team and is responsible for driving and supporting strategic projects across all logistics functions.
With a focus on execution and cross-functional collaboration, this role plays a central part in implementing logistics network changes, enabling materials flow transitions, and managing warehouse moves.
The Project Manager ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, contributing to the overall effectiveness and agility of the logistics organization.
Lead and support logistics projects, from planning through execution, across transportation, warehousing, and logistics network domains.
Manage implementation of logistics network changes, including new flows, regional transitions, and warehouse relocations.
Coordinate materials flow changes, ensuring alignment with operational capabilities and supply chain requirements.
Serve as the central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders including operations, planning, procurement, and IT.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and communication strategies.
Monitor project performance, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate change management and training activities to support successful project adoption.
Ensure proper documentation of project deliverables and lessons learned.
Contribute to the standardization and improvement of project management practices within the logistics function.
What makes you a good fit
Minimal work experience required in years: 8 Years.
Minimal education required for the position not person: Bachelor's degree Logistics and Supply Chain preferred.
Project management experience required.
Ability to work well in cross functional teams.
Self-motivated and goal driven.

The salary for this role is $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
