Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can learn to operate a CNC machine. While some CNC experience is a plus, we value candidates with good mechanical aptitude, dexterity, and experience with air tools and pneumatic guns. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding and ability to work with computers or smartphones, as the machine is operated by a controls monitor. Once fully trained, this position is expected to produce a certain number of parts per day in a rate or quota system. Candidates with experience in a production-type environment will thrive in this role.
Responsibilities
Learn to operate a CNC machine.
Utilize mechanical aptitude and dexterity to operate machinery.
Use air tools and pneumatic guns effectively.
Work with computers or smartphones to control the machine via a monitor.
Achieve daily production quotas once fully trained.

Experience operating CNC machinery (preferred)
Must be able to lift and move 40lbs. Cylinders weigh 40lbs once finished.

Work Environment
This climate-controlled facility is equipped with air conditioning and houses 25 employees in the department, with about 6 to 8 on the second shift. There are 7 working centers using Borghi brand machines. Training will be conducted on the first shift (6am to 2:30pm), and once trained, you will move to the second shift (2pm - 10pm). Enjoy two paid breaks and a paid lunch while on the second shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.50/hr.
