Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
The Maintenance Electrician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of all production equipment, systems, and the facility. You will be involved with new equipment and machinery installation, equipment upgrades, and redesigns. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping up with PM schedules and troubleshooting any repairs in the Distillery or Bottling facility. This is a union environment, but we are striving to build a culture where it is all hands on deck all the time.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair of distillery production equipment, systems, and the facility.
Install new equipment and machinery, and perform equipment upgrades and redesigns.
Adhere to PM schedules and troubleshoot repairs
Disassemble machines, identify malfunctioning parts, clean machines, and order new parts.
Ability to troubleshoot Rockwell Drives from 50-250 horse
Wiring of Motors and Pumps, working with Valves and Rigid Conduit
Experience with high speed conveyance equipment
Packaging and filler equipment is a plus
Instrumentation experience
Experience with 480V is mandatory
Essential Skills
Experience troubleshooting motors, gears, pumps, hydraulics, valves, and cylinders.
Must be an experienced industrial maintenance technician (we have both mechanic and electricians available)
Knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment such as motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical systems including conveyors, pumps, and automated equipment.
Welding skills, including MIG, overhead, and vertical welding, and Shielded Metal welding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associates degree or journeyman certification would be ideal.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
Basic math skills and measuring abilities.
Ability to work any shift in a union shop.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs if needed.
Military candidates will be considered if their maintenance experience is on facility equipment instead of vehicles.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Union Benefits eligible after 60 days of employment.
