Are you ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to help us enhance product quality in our Dishwasher manufacturing facility, with a special focus on Stainless Steel Tub Fabrication. In this role, you'll partner with our factory operations team to drive continuous improvement, tackle quality challenges, and ensure our products meet the highest standards.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Investigate and resolve product and process quality issues, driving long-term solutions.
Audit Manufacturing Control Plans and Instructions (MCPs/MCIs) and test processes to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with plant operations and leadership to identify and eliminate defects.
Lead projects to improve yield, scrap reduction, and cost of quality (COQ) metrics.
Own and enhance quality measurement systems, including gaging, testing, and CMM equipment .
Act as a coach and mentor to team leaders, ensuring proper escalation and issue resolution.
Support and champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a backup approver for Business Change Requests (BCRs).
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline OR 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing quality
Experience in manufacturing quality, new product introduction (NPI), or process improvement
Proven problem-solving skills using Lean and Six Sigma principles
Ability to analyze manufacturing data to drive improvements
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Minitab, and Outlook
Preferred:
Six Sigma Certification
Quality Leadership or Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience with high-volume metal fabrication and stamping processes
Background in appliance or similar manufacturing environments
Working Environment
Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting
Frequent walking in the factory and required use of safety gear (glasses, hearing protection, cut-resistant sleeves, etc.)
Occasional travel to suppliers or other facilities
