Job Description:
Physical Therapist
Shift: 24 Hours Weekly, Part Time Days; Weekend and Holiday Rotation required in Acute Care
Where You'll Be:
Baptist Health Louisville provides physical, occupational and speech therapies in the acute and outpatient settings on our hospital campus located in East Louisville. We have a highly trained, experienced staff caring for acute care patients as well as outpatient specialists in 2 clinics treating orthopedics, neurological diagnoses, vestibular, oncology, pelvic health, and lymphedema. We pride ourselves on individualized care plans, one on one patient/staff sessions using an evidence-based treatment approach, and comprehensive care for the whole patient.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans
Conduct ongoing re-evaluations
Provide quality documentation of treatment plans, outcomes, and goals
Why You're a Great Fit:
You have an active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
You have experience in outpatient Neuro (Preferred)
You have or will obtain BCLS and ACLS certification
