Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Performance Advisory Intern to join our team in Louisville, KY
The Process Improvement Intern will support the company's efforts to streamline and optimize business operations. As part of the Process Improvement team, the intern will assist in identifying inefficiencies, analyzing current processes, and proposing solutions that improve operational effectiveness. This role provides an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to apply academic knowledge to real-world challenges and gain hands-on experience in process analysis, data collection, and project implementation. Through this internship, the individual will develop practical skills in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies, while making a meaningful impact on the organization's operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school education minimum requirement.
