PRN Physical Therapist - $1,000 Employment Bonus Available
Baptist Health Louisville is seeking a skilled PRN Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a $1,000 employment bonus. We provide physical, occupational, and speech therapies in both acute and outpatient settings at our hospital campus in East Louisville. Our highly trained staff specializes in treating orthopedics, neurological diagnoses, vestibular, oncology, pelvic health, and lymphedema, utilizing an evidence-based treatment approach and providing individualized care.
In this role, you'll provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, conduct ongoing re-evaluations, and ensure quality documentation of treatment plans, outcomes, and goals. You'll also educate patients and families, supervise departmental personnel, and maintain communication with healthcare providers regarding patient care and discharge planning.
Why You're a Great Fit:
- Active or temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy License
- Experience in outpatient neuro (preferred)
- BCLS and ACLS certification (or will obtain)
