As a Security Professional - Factory Patrol in Louisville, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial and more .

As a Patrol Officer in a manufacturing and industrial setting, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be crucial in maintaining a secure environment, and you will be expected to provide outstanding customer service and communication. This role requires agility and reliability, aligning with our values of teamwork and integrity. While this is an unarmed position, familiarity with access control systems and alarm panels is preferred, as is experience with customer service and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach.

• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

• CPR certification is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
