• Shape the Product Strategy : Ensure alignment with business goals and create a vision that inspires.

• Lead Continuous Discovery : Collect insights from users and stakeholders to drive product innovation.

• Create and Refine the Product Roadmap : Prioritize the most impactful features and keep the team focused on what matters.

• Leverage Data : Measure success, identify trends, and inform product decisions with a data-driven approach.

• Partner with Product Marketing : Bring new features to market and grow adoption like a pro.

• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with engineering, business partners, operations, and sales to deliver exceptional solutions.

• User-Centric Mindset : You prioritize user needs and advocate for the best user experience. You’re skilled in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering feedback to continuously improve the product.

• Strategic Thinking : You can see the big picture and align product strategy with business goals. You’re capable of setting long-term vision and short-term objectives.

• Agile Methodology : You’re experienced in Agile development practices and can manage product backlogs, sprints, and iterative releases effectively.

• Collaboration : You’re a team player who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, operations, and sales.

• Adaptability : You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and can quickly adapt to changing priorities and market conditions.

• AI Enthusiast : You have an interest in and are familiar with utilizing AI to enhance your work and as part of the solutions you deliver for users.

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products from inception to market.
