We are seeking a talented User Interface (UI) Designer to help shape the future of product experiences across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in crafting intuitive, engaging, and brand-aligned UI solutions that elevate the ownership experience—from initial product interaction to daily use. Collaborating closely with Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Consumer Insights, you’ll define UI strategies that span user types, product lines, and brands. Your designs won’t just look great on the showroom floor—they’ll be thoughtfully built for clarity, usability, and long-term delight.

How You'll Create Possibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with cross-functional teams (Industrial Design, Engineering, Product Management) to define and execute user interface strategies across individual products, product suites, and brand portfolios.
Translate consumer insights into impactful UI solutions using wireframes, task flows, user journeys, mockups, and prototypes.
Create and evolve UI architectures, interaction models, and visual compositions from concept to high-fidelity implementation.
Conduct and apply findings from competitive research, usability studies, and user feedback sessions.
Simultaneously manage multiple projects, balancing long-term vision with immediate execution needs.
Oversee internal and external design resources for production artwork, documentation, and prototype development.
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the development of next-generation UI frameworks considering user context, emerging technologies, and multi-platform integration.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in UI design, interaction design, or industrial design roles, preferably in a consumer product or digital product environment.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability best practices, and user-centered design methodologies.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, Hype, Framer, or HTML-based tools.
Familiarity with iOS and Android UI/UX guidelines and mobile-first design strategies.
Excellent visual design skills and experience producing a wide range of deliverables (wireframes, style guides, UI flows, high-fidelity mockups).
Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering.
Knowledge of web, embedded systems, and mobile technology capabilities and constraints.
Experience working with Design Systems and scalable design libraries is a plus.
Experience with 3D modeling software and rapid prototyping tools is a bonus.

Engagement in design communities and professional organizations is preferred.
Professional certifications related to UX/UI or design systems are a plus.
