Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for custom assembling conveyor systems on a daily basis. This position requires hands-on skills in welding, blueprint reading, and fabricating.
Responsibilities
Custom assembly of conveyor systems
Utilize MIG welding techniques
Read and interpret blueprints
Fabricate components as needed
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Fabrication skills
At least 5 years of recent experience in a job shop environment
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in custom assembly and material handling systems is a plus

Work Environment
Our fabrication shop manufactures material handling systems and equipment, with a significant focus on airport conveyor systems. The shift runs from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 6:30 am to 10:30 am on Friday. Additional overtime may be required on Fridays from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and Saturdays from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Albany, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
