Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee multiple multifamily residential communities in New Albany, Indiana. In this role, you will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing property performance, ensuring high occupancy rates, and driving tenant satisfaction. This position is ideal for a proactive and meticulous individual with a strong background in residential property management.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of multiple multifamily properties, ensuring smooth management and tenant satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and optimize property revenue.
• Oversee property maintenance schedules, ensuring timely resolution of requests and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for each property, maintaining cost efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting to evaluate property performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and mentor on-site staff, promoting growth and teamwork.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives to attract prospective tenants and enhance community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies.
• Foster relationships with tenants to address concerns and enhance their living experience. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential property management, preferably in multifamily communities.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily property operations and residential leasing practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and perform financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies for residential properties.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in property management software and tools.
• Understanding of local property regulations and compliance standards.
